Ordered online, get to location and door is locked. Called and this nice lady answered and told me to go thru drive thru, that... they are short staffed. I go thru in a reasonable time and the lady at the window was so sweet and apologetic. Read more
Please use extreme caution when using this location. They have a reputation of not giving you all the food that you pay for.... They will not correct their mistake and will blame the customer or accuse them of lying. The manager will not be of any helpbecause she said she doesn?t make mistakes and will get her staff to back her up. Very unprofessional and immature. My mainissue is that they will not give you the food that you paid for or refund the money. And that is illegal. Someone from corporatereally needs to come in and investigate this location and take necessary action to rectify this situation whether it be retrainor replace the staff and/or take disciplinary action against the franchise owner. Coming home from vacation with my family, staff was very rude. At first we thought there was only one employee, turns out there... were at least four. Unacceptably dirty for us to be the only customers very few in drive through and employees just hanging outsomewhere. We waited at least 15 minutes for anyone to notice we needed to pay cash for our order placed on the kiosk. Lookedlike a ghost town, employees kept locking and unlocking the main door. It's a Taco Bell. This is halfway between Atlanta and Jacksonville so I stop for gas at this exit but yeah... it's a Taco Bell.... When you think of Taco Bell you probably imagine a place like this. It's fast food. Don't expect much. You might not get theright order, but I bet you also don't want to work at Taco Bell so just eat it and move on lol. It's like $3.00 anyway. Worst Taco Bell in Southern GA Do not go after 12 am somehow all there food is out of stock,card machine is down, or the kitchen... equipment is broken.
