Drive thru is extremely slow. There are two lines to make it go faster but it seems like there is no difference whatsoever. I... experienced a wait time of 10 minutes at the order menu, plus an extra 20 in line. Avoid the drive thru at all costs. Read more
I only visited the drive thru for an ice cream cone for my wife and I. The line was really slow and the lady did not let me know... my total until I reached the pay window. When I got to the window to pick up my cones, they tried to give me someone else's foodorder and then had to make my cones. At least I knew they were fresh. Read more
No hair nets, male employees getting orders wrong, male employees playing in the kitchen instead of working. The 3 young ladies... were working extra hard to get things right. I would never stop there again. My 2 stars are for the hard workers. The managerneeded to say something to them. Read more
Service was subpar. The woman got our order wrong and tried to add things to our order. I ordered two 10 pc mc nuggets, and I... had to ask multiple times before they gave me the sauces that came with it. They then gave me the wrong sauce and hustled mealong. Got in the drive thru line which was wrapped around the building. Doors weren't unlocked. Got to the order board, had a sign to... go to the window to order. 2nd drive thru line wasn't working either. Took over 10 mins to get the the window to order. Thiswas the 2nd McDonald's we went to with this issue in Tifton. Horrible. The lady that took our order was nice though. Please dobetter. Read more
