So much better than the Subway on SPB which doesn't have breakfast sandwiches, the daily specials, and doesn't accept Subway's... own coupons. This location offers all these items. Always clean and easy to park. I live on SPB but definitely prefer thisIsla location. Read more

Bad customer service, specially from the lady with attitude. Was wearing a mask, she could not hear me, after repeating my order... three times she stomped off stating loudly ?I can?t you deal with him? to another employee. What can she not deal with? Puttingham and cheese on a piece of bread? You would expect this type of behavior from a toddler throwing a tantrum not from themanager of a Subway. Read more

Went to this particular subway earlier today and was very disappointed with the service received. We entered when the... restaurant was rather slow so there was only one person working the counter. He was extreme gracious in creating our sandwichesto ensure they were made properly. However, as more people started to enter and the restaurant got busy one of his co workerscame out and was extremely rude. I understand the importance of trying to go fast when the place gets busy however she was justthrowing, literally throwing on the vegetables on our sandwiches. I felt she needed to have more respect as that?s something I?mgoing to be eating and am paying for. Her whole demeanor was extremely unwelcoming and rude. I feel like at a chain as wellknown as subway there is a certain level of service that is expected, it was a very unfortunate incident. Read more

Speechless. The way I was talked to by an employee over the phone she told me they were to busy in store to talk to me and told... me to call back at 2pm. And hung up. I got mad because I order my lunch here every day at 12pm. I called at 11am to tell themthat yesterday my sandwich was soggy and cold. I didnt expect the meal to be free I was just asking to have the sandwich made atthe time I requested online so it was still warm. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. She stated her name was aliciaand told me to come in after 2pm and she'd fix my meal after I got hung up on told they didnt have time for me and that I cantget my lunch on my break. The amount of disrespect wish the owners heard. They need a new staff. I spend over 50$ a week to gettreated like that.
