My sister insisted I have lunch with her at this place . She's a real country gal that enjoys good food cooked right, nothing... fancy. This place fit the bill . It is a small town country diner type restaurant with a small good ole bar. The best dangFrench fries I ever tasted, no kidding . And, yeah, I had a gin and tonic in the afternoon with my hamburger and fries. Theyhave yummy specials too, not just a burger joint. I love this place , I felt like Andy Griffith from Mayberry might stop in, ithas that kind of atmosphere. No frills, just good home cooking and excellent friendly service. It's also the kind of place Iwould actually feel comfortable eating alone , my sister does when she is down that way. I definitely will stop in again,especially for those yummy french fries. We asked the Liberty attendant a good place to eat. He recommended Bollingers and we were not disappointed. The service and... food was top notch. Bollingers is a special place in the heart of town. Josh has done a great job funding a family restaurant. The branding for his... BBQ lineup is uncle dirty's barbacue (udb). The flavors are bold an unique. Today I had theor rendition of a cuban sandwich. Thesauce was amazing. The sweet potato fries were on the money.
