I generally avoid burger chains. I've seen sorted bags of recycling put into dumpsters. So when I was handed a plastic cup I... read the fine print in Wendy's "noble efforts" to help the environment, and the prominent recycling symbol on the cup. Guesswhere I had to dispose of it? The morning staff at this location are awesome! When i go for breakfast they are always smiling and helpful. However, going any... other time of the day I don?t even get a hello. I say ?hi how are you? and get a blank stare and the debit machine shoved towardme. Coming from a position of customer service myself, I know this is not the standard so I hope there can be some sort offurther training so the staff can at the very least greet the guests. Read more
