I?ve been in a lot of Hortons drive thrus. Some quicker than others. But this place has to be the slowest in the country. You... wait forever. It?s surrounded by people begging for change. And I always have to check my order because of how often they get itwrong (I only ever order coffee - never food). Step your game up. Pour the coffee and get people on their way. Read more
Today at ordered an extra large French vanilla and a lunch BLT, The BLT was fine but they gave me coffee and when I returned it... they gave me a medium size replacement and told me that?s OK. I told them you think that?s OK that I bought an extra large andwhen I return it because I got the wrong drink and I get a smaller drink? Read more

Tim Hortons at 310 Memorial Avenue, Thunder Bay is perhaps the most pathetic place on earth. There are a lot of flies in the... sitting area and washroom of this Tim Hortons irrespective of the day or time you visit it. We purchased plant based burger andit was freezing cold. They told us this is what is available and that it was the last one they had. They favored us by heatingit up and made it pure garbage. We were robbed of our entire purchase for four people as none of the items including frenchvanilla or fries were eatable. Everything was stone cold. I considered it a one time exception. To my horror they have done itagain with us two more times forcing me to write this review. I hope somebody reads this review and gives this location tosomeone else who can run it at least in a respectable manner. Read more
Rating beacuse the closing staff was really helpful I went for a takeout right before they were closing the restaurant. The guy... took my order even though they "literally closed". Great experince.
