Delicious, always hot. Excellent customer service, only walk in and order out.
It's so hit or miss here. The last time I had a pretty screwed up order and poorly made pizza and the manager contacted me about... it via email and said that I would get credited for my order and to eat there again soon. Only a few weeks later I tried toclaim my credit and there was none. I emailed back regarding what happened and was ignored. Far better deals elsewhere nearby. Read more
Ordered at 4:15 on a Thursday and we live 5 minutes away but didn't receive pizza until 6. It was only a pizza with bread sticks... but we had to wait almost 2 hours for it! My kids were starving! It would have been faster to make homemade pizza from scratch!This happened last week too, called to ask why and told there's nothing they can do. Went to pick up a pizza, the manager was really friendly and it was a nice experience. When I went to leave, I realized that my... truck battery was dead which was not a nice feeling at all... however, a Pizza Hut employee who was just arriving for his shiftoffered me a boost, which really saved my day, I even made it home before my pizza got cold!
