Prices are getting a bit out of control, the experience here is usually not good. It's barely food, but scratches an itch at... times, wish my drive-through experiences haven't been so crummy the last couple years. Don't take orders if you can't fill themproperly. Read more
I was so hungry this tasted like fine dining to me. But it took them so long to do my order , three skip orders went out before... me and another couple had there food before me , and I used to app 10 mins before I even went into the restaurant and used thewashroom, which wasn't so clean. Read more
Second time this week I've had old fries, I'm talking crunchy, hard, stale fries. Once was near midnight so figured it was for... the hour closure 24h sometimes have, but the second was during lunchtime. Burgers were clearly sitting and thrown together. Me and my friend came from Toronto for a visit. We needed coffee around 12:30am. We went for the drive through for a hot coffee,... my friend ordered tea and i ordered coffee. What I got was really cold coffee which was surprising when i held the cup, that itwas not hot at all. My friend was driving and the staff said it was hot, I opened and took a sip in front of the staff to makesure it was not hot before asking them to heat it. She took the cup back in and in about 20 seconds came back with a cup ofcoffee which was the same, i think. It was shocking when she said, it's steaming hot when she gave it back and I thought shemight be joking. I took a sip again and asked my friend to test if it was hot or not before giving it back. I asked my friend toreturn the coffee and to leave the place asking them to keep the money! My friend demanded to get hot coffee since we asked andpaid for that service. The staff said to wait in front of the store and we drove to the front and waited there for almost 10minutes. I was losing my patience since my friend was having tea and it was almost finished. I went inside to tell them that idon't prefer to wait for the night for a coffee and that I'd get it from somewhere else. The fact that the attitude that Ireceived was in such a manner which made me think they don't even care to give a good service but also don't value the customeror the person in front. They had an expression which would make someone feel less or I'm not sure if it was racism. They simplyasked to wait and didn't care to apologize or even say please. I got the coffee after a minute and left the place. The counterstaff said, wait the coffee machine is brewing. To which I asked could you please let me know how much time it would take. Theperson replied about 30 seconds, to which I opened the timer and set 1 minute. I placed my phone on the counter and waited. Whenthe alarm sounded after the timer expired the counter staff knew what I did and gave me a look. Read more
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!!! I used to drive twice the distance to go to this one because it used to be better.... Now unfortunately they literally get the order wrong 8 or 9x out of 10. That is LITERALLY 80-90% FAIL RATE. The manager Ahmedand Gangader say that as the the customer its your responsibility to check the entire bag AND OPEN EVERY SANDWICH TO ENSURE youget what you paid for, and they WILL NOT BE HONORING CORRECTIONS FOR THEIR MISTAKES. I find that odd, your paying for something, you dont get it. Then they either dont answer the phone or flat out say its your problem for not checking entire order. Butisnt that what theyre paid for??? The people working there cannot understand what your saying, ive experienced them not evenknowing what canadian currency is, we cannot understand them, and they just flat out never give you what you pay for. Im one ofthe nicest people and i rarely get mad when i call. But me and everybody i know is beyond fed up. They need to hire some morepeople or just close their doors because the level of service will destroy this business. I want to start a petition just so theowner knows its not just a select few. Most people just cant be bothered to even call in, never mind if they dont even answer.Today i ordered pancakes, 2 mcgriddles: 1 sausage and 1 bacon, and 1 sausage mcmuffin. They gave me 2 bacon mcgriddles, one withno cheese no egg. Who gets a mcgriddle with no egg no cheese???? Jus the griddle and bacon!?!??! Lmfao this places customerservice makes me sick. Read more
The worst McDonald?s experience I?ve ever had in my life. My partner and I came in around 3am as we were hungry and visiting... ThunderBay for the first time. The sign said ?open dining room? so we opened the door and went in to order. We placed and paidfor our order at a kiosk and then waited.. and waited.. and waited.. (for a total of 20mins) The restaurant appeared to be quitedisheveled and dirty. Finally, after shouting hello multiple times.. an employee quite rudely told us that they were closed andcould not complete our order. I then started to feel very uncomfortable as I had already paid for my order, had been waiting,and was being treated like I was doing something wrong.. so I began to record a video.. (happy to share it with corporate ormanagement) a group of workers ended up accusing us of trespassing and saying that we should not be in the restaurant orrecording? WHY was the door open and Why did the sign say dining room open??? Very misleading. The supervisor or manager on dutyended up giving me a cash refund and we left.. completely unsatisfied. We should have been spoken to with more respect insteadof being accused of trespassing. This left a very sour taste in my mouth. We will never be returning to this particular locationin ThunderBay. So much for "fast food", always getting parked. Only ordered 2 drinks and got parked cuz they guy didn't even punch it in when... we ordered and they had to do it at the pay window thus it wasn't ready. Read more
