My grandfather wanted me to post our horrible experience at this location. The workers were speaking in a different language... (India somewhere) and making fun of my grandpa for wearing a scarf / how the scarf looked. My grandpa can understand theirlanguage and understood what they were saying. They forgot the popcorn chicken in my order (in both boxes) . And after I called them the guy who handled my complain resolved... it quickly and apologized. I recommend this branch,I order here at least twice a week and the chicken and fries were alwaysfresh. Read more

First of all there was a crime scene right next door to the drive thru. Very sad. The service was, at first great. The gentleman... who took the order was professional and courteous. He was also the one who completed the order. Then it went downhill. I statedat the time of ordering that I wanted two separate bills. He forgot at the window. The two orders came with three drinks intotal. Only received one. He wanted to charge me for the order behind me. Yet he just took my money. He waited to give me myorder even though he had just seen it put in the trays they hand out to the customers. Disappointing. Normally the service isfar better. Will avoid it for awhile. Prayers for the person or persons who knew the victim at the crime scene. Read more

You keep wasting condiments I constantly say no to all yet you throw a handful in the bag!! Haven't been for awhile today again... condiments..no non at all. Get home what is in the bag.
