Scratches an itch at times, not exactly fine dining but sure is tasty. Staff are good and prices are really reasonable in... today's climate. This store could use a renovation, it's old and shows it. Read more

Order was not completed properly. Washroom filthy, soap empty and toilet tissue holder held together with shipping tape.

I had to wait for 3 hours to get my food. After several calls to be told everything from "they didn't have my order, gave it to... someone else at the apartment (was ordered for a house), called and talk to someone who didn't know about order (never calledand person's name never lived here), to being busy and giving excuses, magically recalling order and even finally calling thehouse to apologize for problem." Then, once the order finally came, they didn't give me everything I ordered and the food wascold and old. Nor did they give me a receipt to complain. Read more

A 16 bucket of chicken, a box of fries, a medium corn (filled 2/3 of the way full) an individual container of gravy and three... individual salads (shown in the photo) cost us $70 Since when did so little cost so much? Never again. Read more

The food is great. Had a big crunch combo with fries and gravy. Also ordered a bucket of chicken. Relatively fast when you order... your meals. Gravy tastes awesome. Friendly service. Of course you have to wear your mask for the covid restrictions Read more

I placed an order of plant based burger box meal and i received a chicken zinger burger when i called them and i just said i had... an issue with the order they cut my call immedietly this is disgusting i was just about to ask if they were open so that i couldgo there and get my order right i totally understand if i get my order wrong as there are a ton of orders that they deal with atthe same time as i work at a fast food chain but they had not patience even to listen to my querry. disgusted i gave a 1 starjust because the system wont allow me to give a negative star rating. Bad online order experience. I called 10 minutes after the scheduled delivery time to find that they had not even started to... prepare my order. KFC tried to make it right by emailing me an apology in the form of a free small popcorn chicken. "Pleaseaccept our deep fried apologies" is what it read. They gave me a whole 2 weeks before their deep fried apology expires. Unfortunately the wound is still too fresh, and I will not be able to redeem your thoughtful, and most importantly, expiringapology. Based on historical performance, there is really no guarantee that they would show up if I'd ordered them anyway. Ihesitate to place orders online now, suspecting that online orders get tossed on the back burner as a lower priority whencustomers are in the restaurant. The website says that I'm a KFC VIP. Not exactly how I feel. As they say on the show SharkTank, For that reason... I'm out. This review is entirely about my online order experience. When I have gone into a KFCrestaurant in person, it is always very prompt friendly service. Good day to you Colonel. Read more
