The last 2 of the 3 times I've went here (spread out over a few months) the fryer has broken, which has limited the options on... the menu. The service at the drive thru is also confusing when you ask multiple cars to pull off to the side with little to noroom to do so. Not very impressed with the management at this restaurant. Read more
I thought for sure I was going to spend my whole lunch break waiting here, but not even 5 minutes. Custom order burgers and... several combos as well, quick fast prompt and Correct! Maybe the other fast food chains in the city should take a page fromtheir training manuals. 5 Stars. Read more

Im very disappointed writing this review about A&W and how there customer service was pathetic today as they treated us in a... unprofessional way when we went into the store to order. There was a lady working in the front doesn't cared about the customerin the store not even acknowledged us. We came out without ordering waiting in front of the ordering counter for 15minutes.Never going there again. Read more

Drive through is reasonably quick the past couple times I've been here. Food wise though. Store takes no pride in what they... serve out. White lettuce/hard tomatoes/cold gravy / very cold fries. By the time you get home and notice its just too late. Icalled and complained about the fries and the guy told me it was because I had to drive. (I've got heated seats which alwayskeeps my food warm lol) can't be bothered here anymore. For the cost I can go to any burger place in town and get a GOOD burger. Read more
