Ordered some chicken nuggets and a person that drive through ask me what kind of sauce I wanted and I told them honey and hot... mustard when I receive my order there was no sauce in the bag and by that time I was already 10 miles away, I mean it's notrocket science to put sauce in the bag and in my opinion the people working there are incompetent! I love the people who work here, they're so kind and helpful. The only problem is that our orders have been wrong 4 times out of... 5. We're either missing items or got completely different things than we asked for. Like I said, everyone there is so nice, butnot getting the right order over and over again is frustrating. Read more

What can you every say about McDonald?s but it?s McDonald?s and your expectations are always the same. I recognized that all the... food has gotten smaller but the price has not. No military discount for our troops? No Senior citizen discount I get that. I'm neither of these but when I walked into the... first McDonalds in my life and watch a retired Vietnam veteran get denied for both discounts. It absolutely disgusted me. Oursoldiers are the very reason these employees are have the freedom to walk in america. I know it's not there fault for decisionmade by the owner. But when I took my meal to the counter and asked for a refund then gave the money to the gentlemen who hadlaid his life on the line for our freedom. Then started taking pictures. I was told there was no recording allowed. I asked themanager if there was a city ordance number he could show me. He was speechless and upset. I don't blaim him I was recording himand he knew it. So I explained to him my father had passed away recently and served our country. I ment no disrespect to you Iwas just doing my job as a Google local guid. I remained calm threw the process and showed him my contributions page to insurehim I was infact a google local guid. He repeated him self stating there was no pictures or recordings allowed as it states onthe front door. So I showed him a picture of his front door and said there is no sign that says any such thing. He replys "therewill be one on there tomorrow". I had to take a second look around as to what may have him so worried about someone takingphotos. I realized then there was 1 afracian american at the front and everyone else was Hispanic. So I thought maybe it couldbe that these workers are illegal aliens with out green cards. Or maybe he just wanted to show his dominance in front of hisemployees. Either way that was no way to handle this situation. I saw employees in the back hanging out not working in theslightest. The Vietnam veteran who order his meal was provided a number. Which usually sits at your table until your meal isready so the employees know who to bring the food to.
