I ordered a whopper 2rodeo cheeseburger 4 (8pc) nuggets small fry and small onion ring. Got my food and was missing the rodeo... cheeseburgers so I went back to get them and the cashier argued with me I asked for the cheeseburgers to be made fresh and wasargued with by the manager. He told me they was fresh and sitting on the wormer it took me 10 minutes to get back to BK so Iknow they got cold. I went there twice in the last two years. Usually go there when I get tired of McDonald's and I'm remembering the good old days... when BK was a competitive fast food restaurant. One visit was in drive thru, food was just ok...kinda cold and loaded withmayo. They forgot to give me an order of fries and had to go back. Annoying but happens almost everywhere. Last visit wedecided to eat in. Accidentally ordered for drive thru on the app but was unable to edit order on my phone. Weird because everyother restaurant allows edits especially when using drive thru. Anyways, manager was acomodating and allowed us to pick up fordine in. Front counter lady was friendly. But...the restaurant inside is outdated and gross. Floor feels sticky and dirty. Deadfly hanging out by the paper crowns already assembled on the front counter. Food took forever, was actually mediocre and not asgood as I remember it. Chicken fries were hard. I actually felt bad for the state of the restaurant but won't be back. I'm notplaying food poisoning Russian Roulette. Two stars for coupon variety but is it even worth it? Read more

Was extremely disappointed...terrible customer service .. whoppers were just thrown together and LOADED with mayo, attempting to... eat them involved wearing most of . And then to just top it all off my son dumps his fries out to find a died FLY in thebottom!!! Will not be returning to this location. Read more
People are friendly and helpful, just don't ask for a pack of ranch, barbecue sauce, etc. They want to charge you extra, but I... guess they are just doing their job. Foods good fast and hot. I can't wait for these to come back, kids thought they whereawesome. Read more
The food was cold and not anywhere near the way I ordered it. "Have it your way" must not cover special orders? My bad for... taking things literal. Fast food just gone downhill since this covid epidemic. This was supposed to be plain....how do you measup plain by making it a whole different special order?? Read more
