Absolute WORST Dominio's experience I have ever had. I tried to take advantage of the car side delivery. I followed the... procedure and received the reply my pizza was ready and the timer started. NO ONE ever came out. I went inside and the girlworking behind the counter barely spoke English and didn't know what the car side delivery was. I told them to keep the pizzaand refund my money. She said she didn't know how or understand. The Pizza was cold and didn't have all of the toppings ordered.I am done with Domino's and will NEVER eat at this location again!!!! Read more
I recently visited the Thousand Palms store to order multiple pizzas to be delivered to my home that night for a party. The... service in the store was excellent, provided by a young man who was working alone, doing about 20 different tasks at the sametime. We've been ordering maybe once every 3 months from this Domino's for about 2 years, and have had nothing but friendly, prompt... service. Never had an incorrect order or a late delivery. All their drivers have been on time or early and are very good aboutfollowing no-contact procedures. Read more
The worst. An order of chicken wings and a sandwich picked up. Completely cold. Both orders. I threw them in the trash as it was... obvious they had been cooked at least once but not when given.
