It is always good. Used to go to studio city and I moved to Thousand Oaks. Happy this one is just as good.

My experience here was based on management and a staff member named "Lola". My patronage has been 10 months now. The employee is... described later middle aged with curly brown hair mixed dyed blond hair. Her actions tells the story. She has consistently notwrapped the bagel in the bag and falls out. She makes sure the bag she puts it is not fully open but still folded on bottom. Iguess she let's out her frustration on some customers and others with smile and delight by wrapping food according to companypolicy. I thought I talk to a manager while in the store. She answered with a little confusion that she is one of the managers.Her description, in her 20's with fair complexion and height around 5 feet or less. She then goes to her and tells her that she"loves" her for everyone to hear. This was not the professional outcome I expected. Reviewers been saying that management beenlooking the other way when it comes to complaints about the staff. Attention to customers: The wait time is too long if you seethe staff ratio and poor service with certain staffers but some are really nice people. Read more

Good bagels but I?m unfortunately done with this location. Have twice now ordered for pickup, had it confirmed, drove out only... to have the door locked and the staff refuse to even talk to me about the order. Maybe consider taking your business offDoorDash if it is not possible for you to fulfill. Read more

Bagels are good. A little pricey. I wish they would keep it cleaned in there, I would go more often.
