OUTSTANDING! I ordered a festive bundt cake for a coworker to be delivered to her home. I was SHOCKED that I could put the order... through just a day before, and as to how much customization and fun details was able to be added to the cake (ie. balloons andbanners AND a card). Not many places offer this. I included 'Nut allergy & early morning delivery' in special instructions(which most bakeries don't have the option to do). And guess what? IT ARRIVED AT 9:45A (even though the delivery time was10A-5P... what a interval of time!) DURING OUR SURPRIZE COMPANY ZOOM FOR MY COWORKER. Everyone was SO impressed, and she saidthe cake was GREAT! extremely delicious soft exquisite flavor and very fine presentation and flavor, I love to eat this delicious cake in all my... celebrations since they have for all occasions and from individual portions to a meeting. The cakes are good, but the customer service is horrible. I pre-ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and picked out a cute... flag for it, but since the box was sealed, we didn't notice until we got home that the flag was not included. I called about it,and they very rudely and condescendingly told me, "We can refund your 25 cents, if you would like that." No apology. It's for my13 year old, obviously I don't care about 25 cents, but it would have been nice to get an apology or some other reparation sinceI ordered it days before Managers should not be so rude to customers. We had a great experience here! We came in about 5 minutes before they were supposed to close, and everyone was super nice. I... felt horrible because we were coming in right under the wire but they were very welcoming and eager to help. They even offeredto do the usual decorations even though we came in so late. It honestly made daughter's day that she was able to have a NothingBundt Cake for her birthday and got the giant purple flower on top that she wanted. Read more

This place is great for every occasion. My latest visit was for my Mom's birthday. The staff is always very nice, friendly, and... helpful. They helped me pick out the perfect decorations for her birthday and Mother's day. Their cakes are always bakedperfectly with the right amount of frosting. They were able to decorate it and have it ready for me to take in 15 minutes. Theyare very accommodating. I highly recommend the white chocolate raspberry cake, and the bundtinis are perfect for parties. Read more
