More expensive than other stores. Bring your own water. They charge $4.00 for a small bottle of water. That is just ridiculous.... Will never come back here and will not recommend to family and friends. Read more

Worst Menchies visit. Place was filthy, One employeel was sitting on the counter while one was eating yogurt. Completely... disengaged staff. They couldn't even greet us. Wont be going back to this location. Had a much better experience in WoodlandHills. Read more

I've been twice in the last couple months and I'm not really caring for the way their yogurt tastes. Stale waffle cone,... expensive. Looking for a new treat place Read more

The WORST customer service and incompetence!! They sold gift cards and then apparently didn't properly activate them. They tried... to tell me that there was no money on the cards because I had used it all. When I explained that I couldn't have used the cards,Katerina, the "manager" refused to fix the situation, which any manager should be able to do. She actually made us come backTHREE times before they figured out how to solve the problem. Instead of being apologetic, Katerina was downright rude andnasty; she also didn't call back with a solution, as she had promised to do. She told me I had to contact the owner, Farhad, buthe is only at the store between 5.30 and 6.30 am (!!!) and I would have to leave a message if he didn't answer. I did call atthe designated time, and he didn't answer, or ever call me back. Read more

I just had the worst experience I've EVER had in any customer service place!!!! I went in the day in on October 30 and the... manger had told me that my birthday reward wouldn't expire. This sounded off so I asked again to make sure. She said that itdoesn't expire because it's "a cash gift" that will just stay in the system. My husband and I decided to come back when we hadthe kids with us since our toddler enjoys ice cream. Today we went in and that same manager was there and she told us that wemust have spent our $5 reward. This makes me MAD because no one else uses my rewards AND SHE CALLED ME A LIAR. RUDE. She couldhave done something like admit that she told us the wrong information about birthday rewards and given some kind of discount forher mistake. On top of that the store is unclean especially the floors. Integrity and honesty is IMPORTANT to me. Calling me aliar just is HORRIBLE customer service. I am no longer going to be a customer of Menchie's!!! I NEVER wrote reviews and today isan exception because I had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! You would think a customer service position would require tact andintegrity!!!! Ps I know what it's like to work in retail and food service and if I would have ever treated someone the way shetreated me I wouldn't have lasted long! I know retail and food service isn't easy but it requires tact and integrity!!!!! It yoube called a liar go there Read more

I've heard and Menchi's for a long time. Being from Pittsburgh, never went. While visiting a friend, she suggested it and I... jumped. After, she was sorry to have suggested it. The staff was preoccupied having their own social hour with their friends. My friend said normally they'd offer samples before you buy. We didn't want to interrupt them. We each got a few flavors. Ifound it odd some of the twist options. Oreos and Sorbet anyone? The worst was the Peanut Butter. My friends son hated it. Brushed it off as kids being pickey then tried it. It was obvious the mix was some how wrong. It was very fruity peanut butterhorribleness. The employee was too busy literally making out to even bother informing him. Read more

Went yesterday before going to the movie, I was super excited since I had not seen a menchies, got in and no one greet us, pick... my selection and went to pay, the guy standing there said no words, I told Him hey! Nothing, I said it again Hey! Nothing. If Ipicked your place to do business at least be polite, one of menchies always approach to customers is VERY friendly, I will startgoing to yogurland from now on. So, I guess the guy will now be happy knowing he has less customers to deal with. ???? Read more

Very poor service and most of the machines seemed to not be cold. Every one of them had melty yogurt. The flavor selection was... odd as well. No regular vanilla. No strawberry. And everything else was either sorbet or chocolate-y. The toppings were mixedand messy and the fruit was not fresh at all. Even worse was the horrible attitude of the worker. After a few minutes, she cameout to charge us, said nothing, charged us and went straight to the back again. Very poor. Read more
