Short male manager at this location is very rude! Told us he was ready to take our order and then yelled at us to wait to order... because he has to take orders at the front and drive thru. We were upset that he told us he was ready and then yelled at us forordering and he then told us to order or leave. Very rude! Just because you're the manager doesn't give you the right to talk topeople this way. I have no idea how he is a manager if he can't manage his people better so he isn't having to take orders fromboth drive thru and dine in while the other employees just stand around. He doesn't even give the good customer service amanager should give. Read more

This McDonalds is like most others. The facilities seem recently updated. Bathroom is decently clean. The food is like all other... McDonalds so I don't have much to say about that. The staff are friendly enough, and I got my food in a timely manner. Read more
Great quick easy McDonald's experience. They have a drive-thru, and there's a self-order kiosk inside. I think it's easier to... use the self-ordering because you can add or take off any items you need. Read more
The worst customer service I've ever experienced! It's a continuous problem. Rude, dismissive, argumentative in person and on... the phone. They aren't afraid to argue be defensive and will hang up on you if you call to complain and or leave the phone offthe receiver so it's a busy sound. Overall let me say this McDonald's is off the list. I will tell everyone I know that if youwant McDonald's go to one off janss. Read more
This is one of my favorite locations. The staff is always friendly & helpful. Currently, the drive-thru is open but the lobby is... closed because they are actually improving it, even though nobody can eat inside! The drive-thru wasn't over-crowded, today, andI got my order, to my specifications, in 5 minutes. A young lady walked up to my car to deliver it. I'm rather pleased with theservice. Read more
Most hit or miss place ever, some days the crew is fast and responsive but at night they bring in the short bus group. They will... often have you wait in the pickup spots for 10-15 mins after ordering in the drive thru when there is no one in line and thefood is sitting there. Read more
