It?s really sad how employee don?t understand the importance of cleanliness. I was just at this location before the rude... employee refused service to another customer because she asked him to change his gloves. He was wiping the counter continuouslybefore she could order with the same gloves that he was going to fix her sandwich with. When she asked him to change before hetouched her food. His response was I?m not making your sandwich and then went and grab the cheese she asked for to slice for theperson that was making the sandwich. She was nice and said this is why I asked you to change your gloves before you touch myfood. He instantly said to her do you have a problem. She responded again nice and said I just ask you to change you gloves. Heproceeded to be combative with her. Then refuse her service. The world is coming out of a pandemic and other disease aresurfacing. I still don?t understand why he had an issue with her asking him to change his gloves. When she walked out. I did toobecause that?s nasty and he wiped several times wiped those gloves. I didn?t want food from there after I witness the unsanitarybehavior. The state board need to pay them a visit. Read more

Ryan made my sandwich, and he did an amazing job....I hate it when everything is rushed and... someone just throws stuff into your sandwich.... that was not the case here, Ryan took the time to place everything correctlyin the sandwich. WOW!! Such a bad experience at this store!! SUCH rude employees & incredibly bad customer service!! I mentioned how the cc... machine was difficult to use, & the guy employee said "No, it's not". Both the guy & girl working seemed to have no idea whatthey were doing or what ingredients go into which sandwiches (we only ordered 4!). I will NOT be returning to this store (notworth it!)! ????
