I like their burgers. The only place I buy a burger outside of making my own at home, however, I eat burgers every blue moon.... WAY OVER PRICED. It's ridiculous. In N Out is cheaper but it is HORRIBLE. I could not be paid to eat there. Read more

Look, lets get the positives out first. Was it a great burger? Independent of everything else during my experience id give it a... 8/10 on the burger. Were the fries good? Yea, actually better than average id say 8.5/10 for the fries. This is where thingsget very ugly for 5 Guys. The Price My goodness, I spent $18 on just myself for a Cheeseburger & a small fry. Didnt even get adrink.... Im not getting waited on or at some 4-5 star michelin star restaurant. This is a fast food establishment. Why are wecharging such exorbitant prices? Sorry five guys, i cant eat here again. Cause I can go to In N Out and get two burgers friesand a drink for less. Read more

Horrible customer service, hispanic male employee who seems like the manager being extremely rude to us, stating that $100 bill... is fake by scribbling their counterfeit pen all the way over the bill, telling us to go to the bank to authenticate the bill, just to find out it is completely real. It felt like racism and Asian Hate of being so rude to us. Read more

This place is incredibly over-hyped, underwhelming, and overpriced!! You can literally get 3 x Double Doubles from In-n-Out for... the price of one mediocre Burger from this place! On a positive note, they did give me so many fries I had to throw most ofthem away. Although, I guess that's also a negative. More organic waste. If you're into fries then you will like this place. However, with these prices, you're paying for those one way or another as well. The restaurant itself, Thousands Oaks CAlocation, was not as clean as the many In-N-Outs I've visited either. Oh, and the girl that took my order made an audible,"yuck" when I asked for onions on the burger. That made me laugh. I see no reason to visit any of these locations again. Ifyou're looking for a cheaper option, just go to In-n-Out. If you want an awesome Burger, and you live near LA, find aFatburger! Now that is a burger worth the price. Read more

It's a little pricey for a burger, but the people behind the counter and the people cooking have their process down. They make a... great burger and some tasty Cajun fries pretty quickly and my custom burger was delivered as ordered and perfectly cooked. Theymust have served 25 burgers start to finish in the 8 minutes I was there. Pretty impressive. Read more

Amazing. Love the burgers here. A nice change from In & Out. Updated 11/2017 It just gets better and better. The concept here... is pretty simple: Amazing burgers that have FLAVOR. Yes flavor. Unlike In & Out that has no flavor whatsoever Five Guys deliversbig time. Pro Tip: Start of slow, add all the red line and ease into the black line of condiments. Try the combo that worksbest and you will be blown away. Oh yeah, Cajun fries all the way baby. Read more
