I have been to a couple CEC, and this is by far the worst one. You don?t get your money?s worth, they rip off the kids with the... low amount of tickets they are able to win. We were there for two hours and left with a small 4 inch ball and a lollipop fromthe prize counter. Really sad for the kids. Check out Santa Maria if you?re looking for a good experience. They also threw awaymy pizza at my table that was sitting with my other things. There was more than half a pizza and not everyone ate yet so thatwas inconvenient. They also threw away a picture we took there that we stuck under a ball so that no one would touch it. Bizarreand just a poor experience overall. Read more
This place is not just boring it's completely disgusting the food was cold and burnt the so-called prizes you get for the... tickets are ridiculously cheap the only good thing if you happen to drink is the alcohol but even that is watered down eitherway this place is HORRIBLE I am definitely going somewhere else next time. Slowly bringing back the great times it yesteryears. They brought in STUFFED CRUST PIZZA!!! By far their best pizza yet, and... their regular pizza isn't half bad to begin with. This is the nicest Chuck E. Cheese location that I have been to for these reasons: 1) More consistent supervision at door,... monitoring the entrance and exit. This is a big part of this chain security and at other locations, I have observed lots of timeperiods without anyone there. I purposely chose a table by the door so I could monitor this yesterday, and I estimate that therewas an employee there 90% of the time during the 2.5 hours I was there 2) Chuck E. Cheese made regularly scheduled appearancesthroughout the restaurant. Again, I have rarely seen this at other locations. 3) Employees seemed very diligent aboutmonitoring the kids well-being. I saw a couple of employees "Rounding" on a regular basis 4) The Pizza was better Everythingelse about our visit was a typical Chuck E Cheese experience. They have "Bands" now in addition to the cards that customersload money on to. We had a great time there with our grandkids! Read more
Kids love it, what can you say. We like this one because it still has an actual animatronic Chuck E. But the games are always... working , cleaned and updated and the food was great too.. By far the best location to visit. Read more

Although I live closer to another Chuck E Cheese location, I drive the extra 20 minutes to visit this one. The staff are... extremely kind and attentive. They guard the entrance/exit with diligence, I feel safe knowing no one is leaving with my child.The location is well maintained, with clean tables and clean games. Somehow the pizza also tastes better too. Read more
