Stopped by Allegro Pizza on the way home to grab something to take home for dinner. After speaking with Raul the owner about the... menu, I decided on spaghetti with Marinara sauce and garlic knots. Food was piping hot when I got it home. The garlic knots arethe best I?ve had and the spaghetti marinara was fantastic. Everything is made fresh. Highly recommend this place for lunch ordinner. Great food, great service and great owner. Will definitely be back! Read more

Great pizza, old school and delicious. Staff are super cool and remind me more of family then anything else.

We decided to try this local, long established restaurant out. ( Under new management) We ordered a 14" Allegro pizza which... comes with up to seven toppings. I liked the crust, cooked well but not burnt. The sauce was pretty non descript and flavorless. The veggies were fresh and crispy, could have been cooked a little bit more. I also had a sausage and peppers sandwich. Again, the marinara was lacking in any real flavor, the bread was too much and more reminiscent of a Mexican bolla than Italianbread. Perhaps there are better choices that I just haven't tried yet. One fountain drink and one bottled coke and we spentjust over $43 with a ten percent tip. They do have a variety of daily lunch specials for $7.99, including the entree (1 largeslice of pizza on one choice), green salad and a small drink. Maybe we should have started there What bothered us the most wasthat there is no access to a bathroom at this dine in restaurant. We were told that it was because of an inspector citing nonemployees walking through the kitchen, the restroom is at the back of the store. Supposedly a health violation. Yet, they handyou a wet wipe to clean your hands? This is not a health violation? Maybe, being from a Pizza mecca city, I am more picky thanmost people, but I probably won't be back again. Read more

A great escape to Italy, the pizza was amazing, not salty like at other places, the closest pizza to homemade. Delish gourmet... pizza! Cannoli was not the best. Next time I would try their veal parmigiana. I love this place! Read more

Got a large with sausage. It was good, hot, and loved the crust. They could give a little more on the topping. Very nice owner... and clean, small, shop. Outdoor seating as well. Will try sandwiches next. Read more

The pizza and lasagna were very tasty, unfortunately the clam linguine was a disappointment - the first taste was butter (sauce)... and this continued as the dominant taste - such a shame. Great drinks. Attentive service. Definitely recommend - just not theshellfish! Read more
