Horrible customer service. Just read the other bad reviews and that?s the exact experience we just had there.
Looks like I'm just the latest to tell you what an awful location this is. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting for a pick up order... while one dude made multiple sandwiches for the lady in front of me, and a younger thin girl with brown hair did nothing. Didn'tbother to help him with the order, did not acknowledge me in any way, just took photos of vegetables (?), complained loudlyabout how dumb her morning coworkers are, and ignored the flies walking along the counter. Avoid unless you enjoy mediocre foodand terrible service. Read more
Very poor customer service!! Very rude Place was dirty and had 2 dead flies on the table were they were making sandwiches?
Would give 0 if an option the lady working tonight should be fired horrible customer service complained about customers after... they left or when they messed an order. When all the guy asked was for you to put your gloves on. Honestly will not go thereanytime she is working. The guy tried apologizing for her. Read more
Got yelled at by the teenager making subs for walking through the Subway before going to the restroom in the convenience store... attached. There is no bathroom in the Subway, so what am I supposed to do? What a joke. I did not order a Sub after myscolding. I walked out. Read more
Really bad customer service, I went there a little after 8 tonight and we did not feel welcome because they were closing at 9. I... also ordered tuna on my sandwich and the lady working started screaming about how the tuna was bad, as I had my sandwich in thetoaster, I was still served the tuna after that. And we were sitting at one of the tables and the lady pointed at us and scoffedlike we weren?t supposed to be there, and it was not even 8:30 Read more
Okay, this is really a norm for this subway. It?s not very clean, I?ve had to clean my own table several times while staff was... busy talking to each other. Floors are dirty until close when they mop them, and there?s always a mood in the air that says thecustomers inconveniencing the staff. I included a picture of my wrap which was not over stuffed but the worker wrapped it reallylazily and with little effort to make eating it convenient for the costumer. When the bacon was heated it didn?t get patted downto remove excess grease, and the worker got the sauce from the wrap all over the outside of the wrap making it supper dirty toeat. Very dissatisfied with the level of effort put into the customers food. I?ll not be returning to this subway for a while. Read more
Ordered online and went to pick up. Sandwiches were made the way I ordered them but the online app let me add a bottle of coke... which they did not have and the two bags of chips I ordered were not in the bag. Had a worse experience the second time. Notgoing back for a third. Read more
