WHHHHHYY?!?! I hate leaving this one star review. This place is on the struggle bus! They need help. Constant long lines, wrong... orders, out of products, so much disappointment. Might wanna try a new training style, better ordering system, or more people.The people that work there are nice and they're trying but clearly they're overwhelmed. Sad when this was my entire shops go-tocoffee/treat spot while at work. It's like losing 20 customers in one go :( Read more
It's been a long time since I've been here. And the raspberry coffee was as good as I remember! However, their decision to go... with a vendor who delivers a "scone" as a raspberry one should be changed immediately. The only raspberry was a decorativeshowing on one corner on the outside. And when I brought to the attention of an employee, she blew me off. So, I'll pass onZiggy's from now on. There are so many other places that offer great coffee.... Read more
The staff is awesome. They are friendly and helpful. The coffee is tons better than the other "star" place (low bar admittedly)... hands down. The only thing is, I wish they had more food options. Read more

Visited this place for first time. Kind of hidden between a fast food restaurant and a small strip mall. The inside is small,... several rectangle tables to relax, converse with friends or enjoy time alone with a good cup of coffee. The staff is friendlyand orders come out quick. They're knowledgeable about the products they sell. Drive thru is quick and easy. They also sellpastries. Only issue was it was really cold inside but I'm sure that can easily be addressed. Read more
