Probably one of the worst experiences I have had with Wing Stop. I had ordered delivery from this place with corn as a side with... light seasoning. Though the delivery itself was on-point, so cheers to that, they may have taken "light seasoning" to aliterally new level. With even the wings being near bare with the rub and even the sauces felt like they didn't tip the bottleenough to get both sides of most wings. I give this Wingstop location an extra star because I have had one good experience in the past. Otherwise, it is prominently... displayed that this Wingstop closes at midnight. My partner and I visited last night about 9PM, and were seeking to dine-in. Wewere told it would be an hour wait because the staff was cleaning the kitchen? Why would they insert an hour of essentiallybeing closed within normal business hours? This was extremely frustrating as we had made a special trip to eat here. Off to BWWwe went! Waited in the restaurant for an hour, for my online order that was supposed to be ready in 16-21 minutes. Finally requested a... refund, and was told that it would be processed in 10 days. 20 other people were in the same situation. They obviouslyaccepted too many orders. BRANDON needs to be demoted from the "manager" he claims to be. Been waiting 20+ minutes for a small combo. And I observed 3... workers, including Brandon, standing around doing nothing. So I said "I see 3 people standing around, where is my order?"instead of just saying "oh sorry, we are just waiting for the chicken to finish cooking and your order will be ready." Brandonimmediately checks me with a bad attitude and tells me not to speak to him like that and or he will refund my money and kick meout. I asked a valid question. The taste is amazing ???? But the service in this location is awful. This youngster are some of them rude and I have got laughed... at my face by one specific (max I think is his name) I am always told that they don't take phone orders, only online. Just todayI witnessed how a customer came in when I was waiting for my food and was told they couldn't place an order in person that onlyonline. So I make my orders online now but like the one today and the last 3 I have made I make them then I'm given a time topick-up and I still end up waiting 10 to 30 minutes after it supposed to be ready. I love the wings and all the foods but maybethey need to be trained better Brian he is a very nice kid and he has been very polite I will return but I hope things getbetter soon. Read more

This is location near my house, therefore the location I frequent the most. Generally, the time quoted is accurate and within a... reasonable time frame. The employees are nice and make the orders correctly. I have not had an issue at this store. It is cleanand like all the other wingstops has a nice decor. Read more
Carlos has no business being a manager. I had a Horrible experience!! After waiting 35 minutes for my wings, I get home and they... gave me the wrong bag. I call the location let them know what my correct order is and let them know I?m coming back. When I getthere the cashier knows nothing about my wrong order and Carlos whom I just talked to is standing right there offering no helpto the situation knowing we just were on the phone and I just told him my order. Long Story short I was going to have to waitanother 30 minutes or so for my order because they don?t start making it until you get there with the returned food. After expressing frustration because I was going to have to wait even longer Carlos again offered no solution to help instead herolled his eyes at me and when I told him that was unprofessional he right away said? you would know if I rolled my eyes atyou!? Now this goes back and forth to the point where I ask for my money back. Yes I was upset. 1. He could have started myorder as soon as I hung up so I didn?t have to wait for so long again. 30 minutes, then a 15 minute drive home then back thenback to wing stop to wait another 30 minutes for my correct wings. 2. Offered some type of apology for the confusion. This mantakes no accountability for himself or his crew. That is not a leader. This is not someone who should work in a customer serviceindustry especially as the manager. This is How it ended. On the phone with the cops because he refused to give me my moneyback. Stated I could wait there all day for all he cared. The only help he did offer me was giving me the address for the storefor the dispatcher .
