The guy at register was nice. Dining room dirty. Work area in kitchen filthy. Food all over the floor. Only cash transactions. ... Register not working right. The menu boards were not up except one. Fast food? Not at this location! Long long waits! And still wrong orders ??????????? And that?s every time! You have to stay at... the window and check your food while employees roll their eyes at you. While at the window waiting for your food look at theworkers playing they can?t multitask. We don?t eat fast food often but today was one of those days. The line took 12 minutes to get through with only three cars ahead... of me. Not a big deal. I order and all is well. Once I get to the window, they inform me the frosty I ordered in chocolate wasonly available in strawberry. Okay, no big deal. Then the fries were cold. Well, the guaranteed hot fries does not apply to thislocation. I asked if we could get new ones and they said it will be ten more minutes. No chocolate frosty, cold fries. Well.Alright. Not waiting because we are over it. We get home, take a drink of our Dr.Pepper and literally my biggest enemy blindsided me, aka root beer. I hate, hate, hate root beer. Worst Dr. Pepper I ever had. Overall bad experience. The food was not good. We ordered a double stack with no cheese, had to send it back since it wrong.... They gave us a new one and it was covered in mayo, no idea why that was made that way. The other double stack we ordered wasdowsed in ketchup and mustard, wasn't even edible. The large fries we ordered, stale and soft. Doubtful we will come back. Read more
The girl in drive thru was in such a hurry to take ,y order,she got the order wrong. She handed me my drink the lid wasn't on... all the way, so when I grabbed immu drink the lid popped off & spilt all over me and my car. I put the drink out the window asshe's trying to hand my card back. She noticed my drink dripping all over me and asked of I needed a napkin. She went to remakemy burger. I checked out the rest of my order and noticed that the nuggets & fries were old, stale & cold. When she returned togive me the same burger with added bacon and extra ketchup I informed her I didn't want them and she rolled her eyes and toldthe other crew members what I had said. Garbage. I understand this is fast food, but I just spent $20 on breakfast for me and my wife and brought it home. Neither of us... could eat it due to the fact that the smell was horrible. My biscuits had gravy on it as if they were spreading butter onsomething. And the honey butter chicken biscuit was so bland it just dried your mouth out. Never had this problem at any otherWendy's. We put an order in ahead of time so that it would be ready when we got there. When we got there not only was our order not even... STARTED but they also didn?t care to read the customizations on the order, there wasn?t even any lettuce on either burgers. Wehad to pull around front from the drive through to sit and wait another 5 minutes for baked buns, that takes less than 2minutes, come on people. Read more
