Just waited in the drive thru behind one car for 20 minutes and it didn't seem like anyone was talking to them to take their... order. We went to go order inside and the doors were locked. The hours say they close at "10 or later" We only saw one personworking inside. I'm guessing she was the only one. This location needs to get a better manager or at least more help. If they doneed to close a day or for an hour at least put a sign on the door. I felt so bad for that one worker, she looked so stressed. Read more
My child ordered Taco Bell a few weeks back to be delivered by Uber Eats. My autistic son dislikes sour cream. This is how he... received his delivered order. This place is always closed at weird times. Never open after school to get a quick meal to eat for the kids. Yesterday I went to... the drive thru and they told me they ran out of food. I only needed two bean burritos. Nothing complex here. I doubt they ranout of a tortilla and beans. I wish the owner of this place would be more transparent with with the public about the hours ofoperation. I think they should just close the place if they cant meet the expectations. Read more
I wish I could give this place a zero star, it?s only open a few days a week, and only open a few hours on the days this Taco... Bell is open. We went in on the select times it was open and were met with an old menu that when we ordered. 50% percent of whatwe tried to order they didn?t have anymore, despite having it on there menu and my card already charged. The food is fine if I can catch them open, but I have a better success rate winning on lottery tickets than finding them open.... Literally, they are closed about every four out of five times I try to stop by. Frustrating and makes me more apt to just go tothe next closest location than even try to go here. Read more
Fresh fries! Finally! We went to the location on 120th (they were old) we also went to the location on 136th and (they were cold... and old) the food is hot temperature here! The 136th location need to work on that. The location on 136th just don't care untillthe night crew works. The 120th need to work on the fries. They did serve a hot temperature burrito and tacos.
