Service is great, but they can?t seem to ever make my drink right. I go to other Starbucks locations and it gets done right.

Ordered on the app which said the store was dine in, so I figured I could walk up and get my order. No walking allowed, lobby... closed and "if you mobile ordered, please drive thru the drive up window to pick up your order." Really? Walking up thru a busydrive thru with my dog was a nonstarter. I find it interesting this Starbucks is hidden in Google Maps. You have to zoom way in to have it show up. A search for... ?Starbucks? doesn?t show this as an option. Anyway the staff is usually friendly, however the speed of service is pretty muchterrible. If you go here expect long wait times. Pretty much every 1 star review complaining about the service is accurate. Read more
Got in the drive through line behind about 8 other vehicles. Took 25 minutes to get to the window. I had ordered ahead, so my... breakfast sandwich was cold by the time I got there. They had to remake it for me, so what should have been a quick pickup tookanother few minutes of waiting. Lesson learned: order on the app and pick up in store. Read more
Went into store to save gas in the drive up. 5 min wait at register to order-I was the only one in line. Ordered, then sat and... waited another 10 minutes. Finally, I left without coffee or water. This Starbucks is a s*** show at all times. Can?t handle more than a few customers before they are completely overwhelmed.
Flys everywhere. I know its hard to control them but theres gotta be something to prevent them.
