How does this place run out of cold brew every other day? It's really frustrating. This is a coffee shop. Your computer tells... you how much to order to keep up with demand. Incredibly rude service! A tall blonde served me and had such an attitude, I come here almost everyday for a pick me up and love... some of the workers I interact with but this was beyond ridiculous, I can?t believe Starbucks would allow someone with suchbitterness work here. Unfortunately, my past two experiences have not been great here. The only reason I returned after the first time, and left 3... stars instead of 1 is because of the people. In both experiences, the people that helped me were very kind and friendly.However, I spent 30 mins in the drive thru both times. There were not that many cars, and drinks were taking anywhere from 7-12minutes to make. I understand understaffing may be the issue, which is why I applaud the people who helped me for keeping a calmand friendly persona. However, I was told later by a friend that the location may have had some espresso machines go out andthat was probably the reason behind the delay. This would have been good information to pass down through the speaker or on asign outside the location. Other than that, my drinks tasted good and the people were great. Read more

I visited this starbucks location recently and I have never been more disappointed in customer service before. When I walked in,... nobody said hi or greeted me, and baristas were just complaining to one another about their boss. I waited three minutesstanding there listening to their gossip until someone finally came up to me to take my order. On top of that, my drink wasn?teven correct, but I took it anyways to not be a hassle. I?m really disappointed in this location and won?t be coming back! Read more
