Ordered a Cappuccino. They served me just Milk. HOW CAN SOMEONE MISS ADDING ESPRESSO IN A CAPPUCCINO? See the picture. According... to my order, first the espresso should be poured, sugar would be added next and then milk. How can they skip STEP-1 LOL. This isthe 4th time this store messed up my order within 1 month. The coffee is great. But I enjoyed my coffee more when inflation wasn't an issue. Which is why I don't go to Starbucks as often... as I used to. It's not a sacrifice I'm willing to make. It's always a hit or miss here and it's really inconvenient when it's by my work. I get the same drink everyday and there are... days where I get a drink that looks like this where idk if they are not putting enough shots in there and they will tell me tomy face that it is correct rather than just remaking it for me. Usually decent but today the dude making coffee with the long hair is touching his hair every 5 seconds. You?re dealing with... drinks bud, put your hair up and stop playing with it while making drinks. Also just sat the drink down and walked away playingwith his hair, didn?t call out the type of beverage or anything so I?d know it was mine and ready. I think he way over steamedthe milk also. Horrible experience ordered and paid for a grande in a venti cup with a extra ice... filled the cup with barely any ice and... extra cream. If I wanted milk for breakfast I would have to opened my fridge. Read more
I always go to this Starbucks and they are usually good but today I had the worst customer service. They were super rude when... taking my order and when I grabbed my drinks.
