We?re at the end of 2022 and staffing is a known issue everywhere. If you are going to close your indoor cafe that?s fine, just... be sure to turn off your mobile ordering. I walk up to the door, see my coffees and pastries on the counter, only to be gesturesto get through the drive thru which was already 15+ cars long. Knowing that my food was already ready and sitting there, I?msure it would not be fresh or hot by the time I got there. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Read more
I'm not a fan of Starbucks overall. Prices were limited, full menu was not shown. We waited in line for about 5 minutes there... was one person in front of us and there was silence during the entire 5 minutes. I have no idea what that was about. As anon-coffee drinker clearly there was limited options. Sitting was okay and they have a big outside patio and restrooms. Read more
This is a great location. The drive thru line does get a bit crazy and sometimes blocks 120th, and sometimes moves really... slowly, but everyone there is awesome, friendly, and most importantly my drink is always delicious at this location. Hard tofind consistency in the shaken espresso, I'm frequently left disappointed at other locations, but they always get it right here. Read more

Great drinks as usual BUT. The bushes in the Drive-thru can scratch your paint, they dragged down the side of my truck, a little... warning about full size vehicles aren't recommended for Drive-thru would have been nice. My truck. Read more
Worst Starbucks ever!!! I will NEVER go back. They had my order sitting on a dirty counter with flies all around, I feel bad for... whoevers food was sitting there. I had 4 drinks and they had no carrier. My drinks were not made well at all and the teen wasvery very rude. I will go farther to get better service! I removed my tip immediately. Read more
I come here every morning before work. Everyone is very nice but it always takes FOREVER. I'm always doing a mobile order so Im... not late but I always wait 5-10 mins and its very rare that my drink gets made correctly. And the parking lot is absolutelyterrible, when its even a bit easy its hard to get in and out because nobody knows where to go. I'm about to give up coming tothis location, I have waisted so much money on incorrectly made drinks when I don't have the time to wait for it to get remade! Read more
Closed their lobby without disabling mobile orders, then were utterly asinine when I informed them I didn't have a car on hand... to use the drive-thru. They refused to allow any type of accommodation and ultimately told me to call their corporate line whenI told them there was no way to cancel the order to the app. I was offered a refund, but it has yet to post. Isn't offering andcharging for a service that you don't even try to render illegal? Read more
