Walked in to find 2 customers in the seating area, no staff in sight. I waited 4 minutes at the register before 2 staff members... showed up. They said they?d be right with me and took a drive thru order before me. Really? When they finally took my order ittook them another 5 minutes to prepare it. Worst customer service ever! Read more

I had to be up much earlier than usual today, and was not loving it! So, I stumbled into this Starbucks half awake and grumpy... and within minutes my day turned around. Tami and Preston had me laughing and chatting with them and it was really lovely. Theymade my food and drink (even lining the tea bags up with the cup seam and opposite the lid opening, making my nit picky heartsoar!) and I sat down to enjoy them. Over the next half an hour I watched them interact with customers, each other, and a newbarista who just came on shift. And they were spectacular! A smile and a kind word for every customer, even calling several byname as they walked in, and chatting with them about their day. Helpful and supportive to each other. Telling the new baristahow proud they were at the progress she's making in her training. Clearly enjoying their job and doing excellent work. They mademe wish that this was my local Starbucks, rather than being one I just happened to stop at while I was out in a different area.I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience today! Hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to! I have traveled all over the United States and never have been to one like... this! Waited 30 mins in line, which is fine especially if they are busy. But as I was placing my order the young man taking myorder was extremely rude, impatient, non helpful and ignored me when I asked for the total. I then proceeded to pull to thewindow where I waited another 10 mins to be greeted by the same young man. I choose not to say anything to him, and consistentlydealt with his rude behavior and insulting comments towards my appearance and voice. He stepped away slammed the window shut andI was left sitting there another 5-10 minutes waiting on a water. A nice young lady came to the window and asked if that was allI was waiting on. I replied yes, and asked her if the young man was ok? She made excuses for him and the establishment which isnot her fault. So far customer service -100?.. Now I have pulled off and have received my coffee (which were half full as wellas leaking on the straws cup holder, my car)and food to realize the coffees are incorrect and the food was slung together veryunappetizing and looked inedible. -please do not waste your money on this particular establishment. Loren, Jackson, Marwa, and Ryan are ALWAYS so amazing and kind! I visit this location often and have honestly made good friends... with their team! It's always nice to see them before a hectic day at work! 12/10 recommend this location over any other!! :) Read more

Good service! They ask for my patience at drive through because the customer in front of me had a $50 order. Considering that... situation it was surprisingly quick and they were very polite. Great coffee and some inspirationiol words on the board at thedrive thru. A+ experience. Read more
