Rude staff always makes for a bad experience regardless of the quality of food or cleanliness of the parking lot! The manager... this night is so unprofessional she shouldn't be working in the food service Industry! She was rude to us when we were orderingat the stall and told us we needed to go through the drive through and then treated us bad when we went through intentionallytrying to not give us the dipping sauce for our cheese sticks. I told the girl running the window that there was no sauce in thebag, my son needed ranch for his popcorn chicken and I needed meranera. She handed him the ranch but no meranera. I again toldher I needed some meranera and the manager hollered across the way that she put some in the bag in a way to imply not to give meany and so the girl told me she said it's in there and I again said I had none she stood there for a minute while I sat there.the girl eventually grabbed 2 sauces and handed them to me resulting in the manager saying something rude to the girl and sheheld her hands up like "what am I supposed to do" and acted like she was in trouble for giving me 2 sauces for my large cheesestick! Felt bad for the girl at the window for having to deal with the aweful, tyrant of a manager!! We ordered a large popcornchicken with tots, a large cheese stick and two Limeaids which ended up being two sprites.... Read more

Definitely great service and super kind. I love ordering a Oreo Cheesecake Master Shake or Cookie Dough ???? Blast in a Small at... this Sonic, + French Fries ???? + Pretzel ???? Twists. Those taste delicious. I ordered a Grilled Cheese from this place, andsomething was missing and it didn't taste that great. Plus, I didn't like the crust on the Grilled Cheese. ?? Placed my order online and waited almost 20 mins with only one car in the drive through. When I finally got my food my cheese... sticks were cold and my burger was luke warm. It's the beginning of lunch it makes no sense that the food wouldn't be hot. Read more

This place was nice enough to make me my favorite sandwich even though it's no longer on the menu. Thank y'all so much for... customer care I have missed the sandwich so much and it was absolutely perfect also huge shout out to Sergio you are an absoluteblessing and thank you for being so amazing and nice! Lime slushie good (yum). Ordered on app which is so easy but when at Sonic location there is no option for drive through. Also... if selecting a small, there are no numbers posted on most of the stalls. Had to wait almost 15 minutes for a car hop to bring 1drink...and yes had to understand and have patience that it was a busy time. Read more

The customer service is...fine. One time we ordered a strawberry creme slush and it did NOT come with any strawberry? Recently... we ordered delivery through Uber Eats and the food arrived melted and seemed like it sat on the burner for a while. Love thedeals and the bags of ice, but this location has some issues. On Sunday November 7th, we placed an order through the drive-thru for three kids meals and a garlic butter bacon burger combo.... When we got to the window, the cashier was being super rude. We asked for ranch and straws and she refused to give them to us.She was in the restaurant alone at the time. We showed her how the fries were almost empty and that it was unacceptable and shesaid ?that?s how they come?. We stayed on the drive through asking her to give us our refund and keep the food and she said shewas having the cops remove us. We asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. We threw the food away in the same drivethrough because we didn?t get what we paid for and we showed the police officer that we threw it away. A case was opened forthis incident two weeks ago through their corporate office and I have not received a call back. It all makes sense of why themanagers are as nasty as they are to the customers because management doesn?t care about the customers and what the employeesare doing. I?ve been asking them for a refund because of the incident and the dog being thrown away and I?m yet to hear fromthem. I have a video of the terrible experience and I cannot upload it. :( Read more
