Terrible customer service. We built our pizzas and the cashier (tall male with glasses and ponytail) asked what name we had on... the order. We told him no one had asked for our name on the order, but told him what food was ordered. The cashier gave us aconsiderable attitude; I gave him my name anyways. He then preceded to give us a very condescending ?Okay Thank You?. Seeingthat my entire party was absolutely dumbstruck at the interaction, he managed a very brief and disingenuous apology afterrealizing his wrongdoing. Then he proceeded to forget the drink associated with the order and interactions with othercustomers/staff seem combative and dismissive. Furthermore, when our order was called, a staff member (green haired female) gaveus one entire pizza short of our order. When I apprised her of the inconsistency (and showed her the receipt) she reaffirmedthat she was correct after miscounting a simple order. It took another staff member to look over the order to show an entirepizza was missing. The pizza itself was very mediocre as well, unable to save the overall experience. This customer service wasabsolutely unacceptable and shocking. My family and I will never be visiting this location again, and will advise others to stayaway. Read more
Good food for a good price. Very friendly staff, but after we paid, he disappeared and we couldn't get a refill. Other people... wanted to order but there was no one there to help them. Read more
We have previously ordered a pizza from here with half pepperoni and half sausage, which has always been charged as a one... topping pizza. Today they charged us for an unlimited topping pizza and the manager told me that their staff is clear that asplit topping is to be charged as such. Either way, we have been lied too. And then told by a manager that our concern waswrong because thr staff knows something...as if somehow that now communicates what the staff believes to customers. If half andhalf toppings is not allowed here anymore, then put it on the sign, so we know, not just the staff. Your pizza is what I wouldexpect from a mall food court, but expecting your customers to guess what your policy is, especially if different from what hasbeen done in the past, and then blaming the customer is not acceptable. It wouldn't have been hard to just refund my $2overcharge, but instead your manager had to insult me as a customer and buy this poor review. Was it worth it? Read more
The staff was perfectly nice. The chain should be ashamed of itself for charging an extra $1 to add a tablespoon of cheese to a... side salad. For an extra fee, there should be a good handful of cheese offered. I would eat here again if everything else wasclosed. Read more
Quite literally some of the worst customer service in this place, and not necessarily the cleanest. We had one guy touch our... pizza after wiping his face, and when we asked for more cheese, the response was rude. Pizza was mediocre. Wouldn?t return ifyou paid me. Read more
