Tried to get some food here on a Friday evening around 7:30. The drive thru was still lit up but no one was taking orders. I... went inside and a worker was hovering over a drive thru register and ignored customers even though there were full trays ofcooked chicken to be sold. If you're not doing drive thru please turn off the lights so we don't wait unnecessarily. Place is a joke. Please don't order from them. I deliver for Uber Eats. Twice they closed early but they were still accepting... orders for delivery that they couldn't cook. Today is the second time I've arrived and was told they weren't open yet or able toproduce the food. Again, accepting orders they couldn't make. Went there and got a family meal with 10 pieces of chicken and two large sides with five biscuits. Was told I had to wait for... the biscuits which came out almost burnt and cold. Then on top of that I paid for the two large sides but I only got a smallcoleslaw instead of a large one. The mashed potatoes weren't even halfway full and the coleslaw looked like they had put atablespoon worth of food in there. I love Popeyes but this is the worst Popeyes ever they are slow they're rude and they have noclue what they're doing but they want to pay $14 an hour which makes no sense to me when they can't even do a simple job. Worst Popeyes ever ! When I got home my order was all wrong!! I went back to let them know & the girl working the drive through... accused me of taking a Apple pie out of the bag !! Worst Popeyes ever. We tried ordering blackened tenders and they said they don't do them past a certain time( I used to work for... Popeyes this isn't true). They were out of almost every sauce. Didn't give us cocktail sauce or tell us they didn't have it forour shrimp. I ordered a thigh, they gave me a breast and no thigh. Tried calling their number to get a refund for the thigh but,it's a regular persons cell phone number. Tried calling a different Popeyes to get the correct number and they said they've goneall the way to district before to get their number and can't get it. Burnt fries. Biscuits crunchy and dry. Stood on line behind a customer for over 7 minutes. Once the customer was served, I was told that the lobby was closed by a... young lady with fake 2 inch studded nails serving food. For my first time being there I am very disappointed. I asked for the chicken tenders not nuggets of dry crusty breading. They... looked like leftovers of a old batch. Now I am now understanding why they have a very low rating. I personally would be ashamedto be their general manager/area director.
