2022-Oct. I normally order through my app. We visited this place through drive through, so I can't say much about the atmosphere... or the cleanliness inside. The staff in the drive through were nice and most important of all, they got our order right! BonAppétit! Read more
This McDonald?s need to work ok cleanliness. They also need to control the amount of homeless people who go in and just hang... out. You could clearly tell they were doing drugs constantly in and out of the vicinity. Also the play area is absolutelydisgusting. It shouldn?t even be open if it?s going to look like that. It?s unacceptable. I should have taken photos. There?sfood in the cracks and just gross dirty look. Floor isn?t swept. Despite the cleanliness, the food was fine. This place is a joke. From the time someone takes your order to the time you get your food. I ordered a boo bucket today with a... cheeseburger just to get bread cheese a pickle and ketchup there is NO BURGER ON MY BURGER I call the store just for them tohave the phone set to where no one can call them. This is a pretty nice McDonald?s. Usually very clean. I?ve been a customer here for years. Their employees have been some of the... nicest with very few exceptions. My orders are usually right. Coffee is one of the main things I stop for. As long as it?sfreshly made it?s better then Starbucks. I?m glad they have their lobby open again except for a few things. The music ishorrible for eating. Please go back to elevator music. Or no music. Eating with the beat of some of the awful music that isplayed makes me feel sick to my stomach and leaves me with a splitting headache. People like me with certain heart conditionswon?t be able to sit inside at least for long because beats in music can cause palpitations & change a persons heartbeat. Thenthere are the locks on the restroom doors. There for whatever reasons that as a customer really are not my problem. If you havea disability, are elderly, have had babies, that requires quick access to the restroom or have small children that might needto go fast this is not the place for you anymore. (Unless your going through the drive up and don?t need to go inside.)Especially when they are busy it can take ten minutes plus to get a worker to get you into the restroom. I?m not upset with theworkers they are doing their job keeping their work area clean, taking orders & serving customers. Not sure why they don't have any quality control with their food. The top Big Mac pattie was missing 1/3 of the meet and there... was a hole in the center of it. Asked for no pickles or onions, but they were both on there. Fries were room temperature and nosalt. Was going to eat in, but every table was filthy while employees stood around.
