I order the sourdough sandwich and this is what I got I?ve had them before in Texas and this was a disappointment when I got... home from a long day at work! They also gave me fries that were only half full when I went in they said I would have to wait forcurly fries! You never know what to expect. Food is kinda a hit or miss. It's definitely not horrible but I gotta says it's been a little... questionable at times. Fries that were so crispy they were just hard, employees sighing and saying yea, like what do I want, andrubber patties, but then you have that really nice girl and that friendly but awkward dude and the food is fine most of thetime. Overall it could use some love and tenderness but I wouldn't say don't eat there. Read more
I didn?t catch either of the ladies? names-but there were 2 working the drive thru at almost 2am tonight and they were SO... NICE!!! I work in bars and music venues and having to just suck up having fast food for dinner usually sucks. These two made mynight. I hope the date shows on here do y?all can determine who they were. The food here was great. However the employee named Devon was rude, inconsiderate, and did not have a good customer service... viewpoint. I was given the wrong salad dressing and when I went up to get the right one he threw (some would call a small toss,either way it was more than 6 inches above the counter) my correct salad dressing onto the counter and he flicked(back handed)the other salad dressing towards me saying he couldn't take back any food. I beleive his immediate manager or co-worker calledhim out but it was way way too late. If the store manager reads this Devon is going to cost you more money than he is worth. Read more
Paid for curly fries we didn't get out $4, wanted a oreo shake got some random excuse about the storage closet in the back not... having any. She was nice her customer service was okay being funny but distracted us and herself from making sure our order wascomplete, food was well jack in the box but hit the craving other then the two missing items. I have been coming here for 3 and I've seen such a decline in both customer service and products. I don't remember the last time... that I was given what I ordered nor do I remember the last time someone wanted to do something about it. After complaining abouta soggy sandwich and being told that there's nothing that can be done when I have said sandwich and recite in my hand is just ablatant disregard to a customers purchase. 7/16/22 Revisions:::: 6 crew members and a manager standing in the Drive-thru window having a nice little chat while food is... getting cold ... ... the night crew doesn't care if you're food is fresh, hot, or dry like cardboard. These burger patties areold and dry like chewing paper. Curly fries were cold and mostly bottom of the fryer leftovers. Still love the food,,, the crewneeds some Quality Customer service training First time at this store, the foodwasamazingas usual, but it took 45 minutes toget my order. Had to wait 10 minutes at the order speaker, and 15 at the window. I love the ultimate bacon but not enough tokeep coming here. One more chance for redemption.. Read more
I am a Dasher. I work late nights into early morning. 10:00pm-3:00am. I would like to address the wait times. I understand that... it late at night, but if you are going to be a 24 hour restaurant as well as a Dash Hot Spot, you need to have more employeesworking the night shift.
