Horrible place to get food. They clearly do not care about food allergies. Some people cannot have peanuts, others cannot have... meat, etc. They advertise a plant based burger but I can tell you as someone who cannot process meat that they do not take theproper precautions to ensure your plant based burger isn't cross contaminated with meat. This place is horrible. We went through the drive through and we got poor customer service which is understandable due to how... fast food places have picked up since the pandemic, some let it slide. But, after reporting our order 3 times.they still got itwrong, I got the wrong sandwich which was not even warm and made me violently ill, and my girlfriend's malt has a peanut in itbut she's allergic to peanuts! Ew, I don?t understand all the bad reviews. We go here all the time and never have an issue. I just went nearing close and... ordered a ton and they were crazy nice, everything was hot and fresh and they gave us a pawbender (they never forget to bring itup if I forget and they see Annie at the window). The pandemic really has made people the worrrrsttt critic of anyone in thefood/retail industry, good grief. Consider just politely bringing up the issue with your order when you?re there, they alwaysfix it quick. And for the sauces being small.. ask for extra- they?re generous with them. People are so critical over thesmallest things now. Gross. Rant over. This place is great, employees are great. Some people are just big babies andunfortunately most of them can access Google. Wow. Had a terrible experience with Marco G. a cashier. Ordered a veg head burger with special sauce meal costing over 9$. Came... home and the burger being the most skimpy burger with a tiny slice of wilted lettuce, 1 small circle of onion and a small dot ofmayo and mustard. Took it back with receipt and burger. Spoke with same person who was our cashier in drive thru and he wasautomatically rude and annoyed. I stated that the sauce was missing and showed him the pitiful state of the burger, I alsostated i thought I had ordered cheese. He then rudely and quickly answered that no you didn't order it with cheese and I was wrong it doesn't come with cheese originally. I told him that he was acting some what rude and he answered me in a kirt mannerthat fine the new one will be right out. I got the new one and he quickly handed my bag to me and said "heres your new burgerand yeah...." and shut the window. New burger came with the smallest scrape of sauce on top and fresher veggies, but it was nowslathered in mayo and no mustard was on it. I am now not eating the new one because with his behaviour I don't trust him notspitting or messing with the new one in some way. So disappointing as I've literally been coming to this location sincehigh-school and this was the worst experience I've ever had with them. Wasted money and unpleasant experience with Marco g.
