Between the large north facing sign being broken and never lighting up, to the employees closing a half hour early when they... feel like it?I can never tell if this place is actually open. Went on Sunday evening 8/21/22No wild sauce made. This is my biggest gripe with what was the worst Good Times that I have ever... been to. Wild sauce is literally THE reason to come here. It makes the entire meal. I was told there was none as my food washanded to me. Service was also wildly slow compared to the Loveland and Greeley stores that I regular. Ordered a mushroom Swiss with extra patty/cheese, 3 pack, and a BBQ bacon burger on 7/15/22 around 5-6 p.m. The guy taking the... order (dark hair, glasses, skinny) didn't read my order back and told me he'd give me the total at the window. I had paid beforehe had told me what I had ordered and gave me a receipt. He had charged me for a big daddy which is the most expensive burger onthe menu, which I didn't order. So now I'm out a couple bucks for something I did not pay for. Was not offered a refund noranything compensatory like a scoop of custard. I've worked in this business before as a shift manager so I know you're supposedto. Yet it was chalked up to as "It happens" by the manager in charge (glasses, long curly blonde hair).
