This time the chicken and turkey were not very good quality. In the past it's always been very good. The polish sausage and the... sides were good. I do not blame the employees or the restaurant. I see it as a more complex supply chain issue of restaurantsbeing forced to cut corners. Read more
First time eating here in about four years. I would not recommend. Went at four in the afternoon. Waited for 30 minutes raved... to my husband about this place only to be terribly let down. Meat was horribly dry and tons of fatty cuts. Wrong sides providedand no bbq sauce in bag until I inquired what was taking so long. Some cuts will have fat, but this was excessively gross tobite into. Throwing out the rest of the food. It was disgusting. The bbq sauce doesn't even taste as flavorful as it used to. Super expensive. My former employer used their catering and it was always exceptionally good and moist. Employees were cursingand complaining about their job in front of customers. Catering order was going to receive the previous days leftovers. Thatwas a priority before the client in front of them. I get short staffed and other issues after Covid but flavor and upholdingthe brand someone put their sweat and tears in provides a paycheck. If you don't like your job and it reflects in your servicethen choose another that makes you passionate. Read more

Ordered ahead of time. Whomever answered WAS NOT pleasant AT ALL. When I picked up my order the cashier tried to charge me... $22.00 for a 6 piece Fall of the Bone Ribs and a side of coleslaw. I questioned the price and he was dirty rude. Will NOT beback to this restaurant. When I arrived home, noticed the box my food came in was completely dirty with sauce on the outside.Disgusting. I usually like Dickeys, but my last experience was not that great. I ordered through Grub Hub for delivery. The restaurant... provided me with undercooked baked beans, and failed to include my order of fries. When I called to complain I was given alackluster attitude and an empty promise to "hook me up" next time I order. I will never return to this location or order fromthem through any app. Read more
