It's your above average typical American fast food restaurant. Service is great, lots of indoor seating and patio when weather... is warm. Drive through is quick. So disappointed with our visit today. We have been here many times, but not planning on returning anytime soon. Two of our three... meals were made incorrectly. We waited a long time for our custard. After going up to counter it was just sitting on countermelting. We were told, oh it wasn?t delivered. We ordered at the drive thru, the girl who took our order was very nice and made sure the order was correct the girl at the... window was not as helpful and seemed very high and has a "I don't care" attitude. Love that they have gluten-free buns!!! Everything tasted really, really good. Went for a quick snack and ended up having a... really good lunch. Shakes as well.? We placed our order online and we?re told itwould be ready in 5 minutes. That wasn?t even enough time to get on my shoes and get in the car. That isn?t enough time to grilla burger. I should have known from this moment it was a typical fast food restaurant.We got there and the food was sitting in awarmer bagged. The shakes in the reach in cooler. Food was cold. Burger patty was dry from sitting for so long. You can seefrom the pic how dry the patties were. The shakes weren?t filled to the top or had any whipped cream. We ordered the baconburgers. No bacon on one of the burgers. Cheese curds were hard and cold. What?s ironic is that the store wasn?t even busy. Iwouldn?t have mind waiting for fresh food. It was Nothing but a bunch of teens running the shift. Everyone on there phone. WhatA Burger tops this place. We were excited because we thought they were freshly made burgers and top notch shakes.
