I ordered to of the large coffee shakes and I ask for thick shakes! The girl was to lazy to go back and add ice cream so she... kept adding milk! So one of the shakes came out so watery and tasted like cold milk not even coffee I spent 36.84 I ask if thisis how they are supposed to be and she said yes? Staff was very nice, we reached just 4 minutes before closing and yet they were nice and served with a smile instead of being in... rush to close. It?s a 4 star only because I did not like the flavor of ice cream but otherwise very good service and ambience. Read more
Most sorry ice cream cup that we got for our anniversary. Most other patrons got the same size "Love it" cups with about 1.5" of... ice cream overfill the cup. Our cup is barely filled. Ruined our date night. Read more
This is a nice change of pace from the usual fare available from you typical DQs and BRs. There is so much variety here given... the flavors of ice cream, toppings/mix-in ingredients, and cone types that you'll have a new dessert every time you come to thisplace. The food is great, but the prices are a bit on the high side, especially if you are used to DQ/BR process, but thenagain, you're getting a much tastier product. Came at 10:30pm for ice cream, because online and on the sign on the store itself says that they close at 11:00pm, but they had... the sign turned off, and we watched one of the female workers lock the door half an hour early. Read more
