Not very happy with my most recent experience here. I was told there is a limit of 3 sauces per vehicle. How does that make... sense if you have 5 meals and each person would like to have or need at least 2 sauces. Asked if we could then buy some and theysaid they?ll only sell it in a 8oz. Hope they come to realize this new ?3 limit per vehicle?, is upsetting others. Until thispolicy changes I will not be returning to this location anymore. Read more
Fast service and very busy place in Saturday night. However, lots of paper and trash on the floors. Tables very pretty dirty... too, and appeared not to be wiped in some time. I frequently visit location in Havana Gardens, and it is just as busy but muchcleaner. Friendly staff and VERY efficient service! Read more
Called because my order was wrong for probably the 5th time. I was told sometimes the ?whole order doesn?t come through? and... then they recalled my receipt perfectly. Manager told me he could do something for me. When I asked what that was, I was told tohave a good day and he hung up the phone. When I called back to figure out why my order was wrong, again, and why I was hung upon, they told me sorry they have bad reception. The guy literally told me to have a good day. And hung up. That had nothing todo with reception. I was also told there is nothing they can do for you when they mess up your order, SEVERAL times ina row.Absolutely disgusted with this store and their service. My family and I were just driving around looking for a good place to have some dinner. As we drove by Chick- fil-A, this place... sounded so good! We ordered our food, sat down, and enjoyed our food. It was cooked to perfection as always, the employees wereall friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was also quite pleasant! We will be going back again soon! Read more
