Everything was great as usually, but only 2 sauces were giving when there were 2 per 3 orders of fries ordered. I had asked at... the window if all sauces were in the bag. She did say yes, technically there were, just 2 though. So just watch for that. Read more
Awful experience at this location with their catering. Placed and paid for an order which they say was never received. Had a... house full of kids for a birthday party. Had a confirmation email which was no use and Jordan the manager did nothing to helpsort out the issue but wanted to charge me again. Order at another location if you can. Read more
I stopped here for breakfast this morning, and went into the lobby. They were very quick to take my order and payment. I was... told that my food would be available well to the right of the counter ( which I thought was odd since I was the only customerinside the entire store). I waited quite awhile for my order, much of the time staring at my bag of food which had been handedup from the kitchen, and set on the counter by the drive-thru person. The two people not working the drive-thru were absolutelyoblivious to me. The one that took my order, looked at my food and continued to stock cups for the "impending rush". I waitedawhile longer, nothing happened, and I left without food, and out $8. I've never done that before! I don't think they likecustomers coming into the store based on the way that I was relegated to an area 15' from where I ordered, and was made to feelirrelevant. Thanks Chick-fil-A Read more
