The cheese stake was good. Portion was ok. The beacon cheese fry was not good. The cheese sauce of extremely salty. I'm a guy... who loves salt but even that was too much for me. We also got boneless chicken wing. It was basically chicken nuggets with fancysauce but maybe that's what boneless wings are. Lol. The real wings cost a few dollars more. Should of just got those instead.We also got ice cream. It was great for the price. Tasted exactly like McDonald's but you get more for your money. Besides thefries, it was a good experience. Terrible attitude problems with all of the employees here. I order one item which is the bacon cheese fries and it takes 10... minutes with no line in front of me? We tried this place for the first time and what a disappointment!!! Ordered a Philly cheese steak with cheese, mushrooms and... green peppers. Simple enough right? I had to pick through my entire sandwich to look for mushrooms and found a couple of tinylittle specks, no mushrooms in my sandwich! So now I'm looking for the green peppers. 4 tiny little green peppers. This place isa joke! We just wanted to try something new. We are very disappointed!! Read the reviews people!!!! Customer service here stinks! Arriving before 3 other people in line to pick up an online order, the rep took those orders and... then was about to head off to so something else had I not interrupted him and stated I had an online order. Then I got look fromthe dude like I was a problem for interrupting?? No one even asked me if I did, side front the fact I was standing at the onlineorder pickup...Come on people. Unprofessional and unhelpful. The employee shown in the photo took my order and I had to ask her three different times to... repeat herself. She acted like I was bothering her when I asked for ketchup. When ordering, she asked me what size cheesesteak I wanted and I asked her what sizes are there and she rudely pointed at a sign and rolled her eyes. When the food came itwas hastily thrown together and not very good. I will most likely never eat here again. Read more
We've been here multiple times because, well, the cheesesteaks are amazing! Why the 3 stars? Because not once, out of all the... times we've been here, have the cooks gotten our order right. The person taking our order is always great, friendly and gets ourorder spot on every time! Including added toppings and toppings we don't want. (Tip: Get & keep your order receipt!) The cookscan't seem to deliver on the food tickets they receive. It's not just us, every single time we've been here (7x) there isanother customer or multiple customers we observe bringing their food back to have it corrected. The food is fantastic which iswhy we just can't help but to come back when we get a craving for a good cheesesteak. We expect to wait a long time for ourorder, we expect to have to return it for corrections, and we know in the end it will be delicious. Read more
