This place never gets my order right and just don't seem to care. Last night I was inside the building and one of the staff had... their 3 children there which wouldn't be a problem except the kids kept going behind the counter and one went into the kitchen.One of the staff carried a toddler behind the counter where most of the staff touched the child and didn't wash before returningto work. Pretty sure that's all kinds of health code violations. Staff are rude, resturaunt is filthy and orders take a longtime with hardly any other customers. One of the few fast food places I can eat at but won't be going back. Read more

We order a guacamole burger 1/3 lb . It was cold. We ordered a double sourdough and we got a single. Wow!!! That's not cool!! We... also order a chicken sandwich. Check your order!! In case your wondering we paid $34.22 . So sad ????!!! now I know why Istopped going there. Read more
The food is great. The problem is you just never know what food you?re going to get. If this were the first time this has... happened at this location I wouldn?t say anything but it?s happened it?s happened enough that the running joke in my house isthat it doesn?t matter what you order?you won?t get it. For example: tonight I ordered 2 #6 meals with onion rings and 2 ArnoldPalmers. What I got was 3 #3?s with fries, 1 sprite and 2 ice teas. The young lady at the had no idea what I was saying andseemed distraught. Her manager came over to help but she didn?t understand much of what I was saying either. I didn?t want tohold up the line behind so I paid, wished them well, and went on my way. If I go back (let?s be honest, they have great burgers)I?ll skip the drive through and walk in. Updated review*** From the shaken coffee, to the packed fries, and the aesthetically pleasing nicely wrapped burger, I needed... to update the last review I left here. I?ve had a very positive and nice experience my fries were piping hot and crispy, myburger was great, nice and hot and the patty wasn?t small and barely there! The coffee was also given to me mixed which I thinkit?s typically not judging by the pictures, but I appreciate that small touch. The woman in the drive thru this woman, thankyou! They do not make fresh to order food here. They precook the meat and food and let it sit and get cold then serve it. Just lazy... employees. $60 bucks to feed my family here. I want hot food. That?s not a unreasonable expectation. If you eat here you?re infor disappointment surely. Read more
