By the reviews I'm guessing like many places these days there is a lot of turnover of employees in the kitchen. Stick to the... wings and consider getting sauce on side so you can control how much sauce you get (had one order soaked, other order too dry).I was a little disappointed in the salad. If I paid under 10 bucks would be super happy but feeling like for any 13-15ish bucksshould have more than one skinny chicken finger, left a little hungry but should have just got wings. Stopped in mid-day for a snack and a beer after running errands. Hadn't been there in a while. They remodeled and removed the... half wall between the bar and main dining room. Really opened up the whole venue. Lots more seating options and moretelevisions. We ordered appetizers and they were just ok but the price was right. Pleasant atmosphere. Read more
This was the worst experience out to eat I?ve had in a long time. My family of 4 went in for an early dinner. First they were... out of beer, which at a bar should be told before you?re seated. We ordered our food and only two meals came. About 20-25 minlater still no sign of the other two meals. By this time the first two people were done eating. We talked to a manager who wascompletely rude and said she would look into it. 2 minutes later the food came out, not even hot. We asked to speak to themanager again and she informed us that they are now a bar and grill and it could be 40 or more minutes at times between thefirst food coming out and the final. She said the kitchen doesn?t know what goes to what table they just make food. She thenstated, ?so, in the future you should keep that in mind before choosing to come in.? Or waiter seemed very overwhelmed and weunderstand people are short staffed but there were staff standing around doing nothing as he did it all. Seems like a poormanagement problem at that point. Disappointing. Very unhappy with whole experience. We had a gift card so we went tonight to celebrate Fathers day and a... birthday. Unfortunately from the service to the food, to the the bill was very unpleasant experience. You would think a placecalled Buffalo Wild Wings would have good wings but that was not the case. Wings were over cooked, dry and chewy. One of ourparty got a burger which was the only thing that was decent. Our waiter mumbled and talked so low that it was difficult tounderstand what he was saying. They have a new thing called "hot and ready" so food came out at different times depending onwhen it was ready. The fries came out first that we ordered with the wings. They were gone long before anything else came. There were 4 people in our group 2 ordered wings and 2 ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich with salads. The wings for 2 ofus came out next without any napkins or silverware. As you probably know it's very hard to eat wings without napkins! When weasked for them it took so long that by the time we got them our wings were cold. The salads came out with the burger and thechicken sandwich order got lost or misplaced so everyone else was pretty much done when it finally arrived. You would think thesalads could of come out while they were waiting for the hot food to arrive instead of at the same time as the hot food! Therewere issues with the bill also regarding a gift card we were using but I've probably complained enough for one review. Needlessto say we will probably not be back. This was not the first time we have had issues here as we have come a couple times in thepast to watch NFL games and were unhappy those times also. It will however be the last time we come here. ***Update*** Wild wings responded and said to fill out FAQs link on their website and they would make it right, I did that and... Nothing. Crickets. Terrible! Ordered wings to be picked up. Everything is dry and over cooked, including the onion rings- thereis no seasoning on more than half the wings. So much money paid for such bad food. My boyfriend and I went to have lunch here today, we?ve been here plenty of times without a bad experience but unfortunately it... was not the case today. We both ordered the 10 wings lunch combo, for mine I asked half hot half spicy garlic and I even watchedthe girl write it down. When they came out the girl (who didn?t take the order) said here?s your mango habenero and spicy garlicand I said oh I?m sorry this isn?t my order so she took it back and two seconds later comes back with the EXACT same plate withjust the hot sauce POURED over the mango habenero. Who does that?!? Completely unacceptable. My boyfriend refused his so we toldthem to just throw it away did not pay and left. Needless to say we will NEVER go back which is unfortunate but that just doesnot fly. We will find better wings elsewhere. Read more
I have been here many times and they always f the order up some way but today was the breaking point when I ordered large wedges... with queso, spicy garlic wings and blue cheese. If you are going to serve food like this after we pay for it I rather you notgive it to me at all. This is so f ridiculous. Read more
That manager, Brooke, is really an exceptional worker and person. My friend and I felt so welcomed by her and had a great... experience. Brooke brought my food out fast and hot and it was delicious! Always a pleasure coming into this location while sheis on duty. Read more
