It was my first time at @bluebirdcafethornton. I had the corned beef hash and eggs. It didn?t really seem like there was much... potatoes so it was really rich fortunately we had a side of potatoes and that really made it. The hollandaise was really good ontop of everything. Best brunch ever!!! The menu had a variety of dishes one could choose from. Not only food was affordable, everything also... tasted amazing. The portion sizing was way too much for the price. (In my opinion). We had the best time;everyone was sokind. PS: there?s usually a wait line, however, it?s only approximately a 5minutes wait. There is always a little bit of a wait but it?s well worth it! They have a good system where you put your name in and they text... you to notify. Even though it?s busy the service is attentive and friendly. The menu has so many items and everything we had wasdelicious? the Parisian eggs Benedict was by far my favorite. We?ll be back for sure!
