Had to wait 30 minutes for my curbside pick up. That was the whole point of ordering online is so I don't have to waste time. I... got there on the time scheduled I called they said they'd be right out. I called after 20 minutes and they said they'd be rightout. 30 minutes after they finally showed up. The person that brought my food out said they were short-staffed and they didn'thave anybody to bring out the food. My food was cold and had been sitting there. I ordered Chicken wonton tacos and they weresoggy very disappointed. I am sure they were short staffed and I understand but I will think again before ordering fromApplebee's probably just go somewhere else. Read more
A little slow to be acknowledged and seated initially. But we arrived later in the evening on a Sunday night. Other than that... food was served in a normal amount of time and everything tasted good. Server was pleasant and attentive. Read more

9-26-22. very disappointed with the grilled chicken breast on my to go order. if i would of been closer, would of returned it.... the chicken breast which was dried out & toughest i?ve ever had! year ago i received a substandard meal also. both were on togo orders. i called the store and was put on hold & nobody returned to my call. A bit understaffed when I went (Friday night of labor day weekend) but there was immediate seating at the bar. I just got the... typical half price appetizers (after 9pm) so no disappointment there. Food actually came out super fast. Read more
