We ate dinner here tonight with our family and extended family. First off, when we got there the garbage was over flowing. And... we told them right away. Than, we ordered. Half of our family got their food within 10 minutes. But the second half of ourfamily waited 20+ minutes to get theirs, and their order was messed up. The condiments and Silverware were completely empty. Thewater in the dispenser was pink. I didn't taste it, but it looked like pink Lemonade. And lastly, the employees were sittingdown and and standing around on their cell phones in the back. Very disappointed in the care they took, or lack of. And still,when we left... after an hour.... the garbage was STILL running off, and I actually slipped by the garbage can, because therewas spilled drink on the floor. I wasn't hurt, but it wasn't a safe situation for anyone at that point. Read more
This A&W is attached to a KFC and I had a delicious 2pc chicken meal with coleslaw added and of course ROOT BEER for my drink.
Loved the food and service, the employee who took my order and made my rootbeer floats was so cool, great attitude too thank you... A&W Read more
Cheeseburgers were quite delicious, french fries and onion rings were outstanding and fresh I am definitely going back to this... a&w disappointing part was they did not have root beer on tap but for some reason coming out of the fountain was pretty decentwill definitely go back. Read more
Great staff; friendly and extreamly accommodating. Meal was great; made fresh, ready quick, and neatly packed to go. 5* since... they got their ice-cream machine working, got to have a Freeze with my meal. Read more
The burgers were not put under a heat lamp, I guess to keep the tomatoes cold. The fries were hot and fresh. However, as we got... about halfway though the fries, there was hair. The employees did not wear hairnets, gloves, or masks. We informed the on dutymanager about the hair. She offered us new fries, which I profoundly said no as I had lost my appetite. The place was clean and the service was quick. Burger was just great reminded why I love A&W. Got a big burger with chilly... cheese fries for $10. Thought a bit more pricey than MacDonald's its way better. Read more
The food I got from door dash was not hot was cold as ice food just thrown in boxes bags and the fries where hard and stale
